Not quite mastered the art of shoe laces! – By Joy

The Boys Ascot Easy Fasten Trainer are just perfect for my 7 year old. He isn’t quite ready to master laces and needs something he can put on and off in a hurry (particularly for PE and football at school). The blue, black, white and grey design is perfect for him now that he has grown out of character branding. The choice of colours also means that they are easy to coordinate with pretty much anything in his wardrobe.

They are a great choice and I am really pleased to say that he is finding them really comfortable with the breathable mesh and padded collar.

Passion for ankle boots – By Marianne

I am very pleased to announce that I have been selected to be part of the Shoe Zone Blogger team. This means over the course of the year I get to choose a pair of shoes or boots for myself or the girls and review them.

This month I was invited to choose a pair of ankle boots. Now I must admit that I have a passion for ankle boots and will be seen for the best part of the winter months in boots. I find them perfect for school runs, trips out, walks to the park and shopping. I also find them really comfortable, like outdoor slippers really.

Fashionable lace up military style ankle boot – By Wendy

Black Military Boots

Kizzy has been trying out a pair of really fashionable lace up military style ankle boots.

They have a zip feature to the side of the boot (which is for decorative purposes), a buckle to the back and panel detailing.  The eight hole lace up on the front of the boot allows the shoe to be put on and taken off easily, and the cleated sole has good grip. Kizzy says they are comfortable to wear and she loves how versatile they are.

The style is totally on trend this season, and Kizzy has been teaming the boots with various clothing for different looks.  With skinny jeans and a jumper, they make a practical, casual look for the autumn, or they add a stylish edge to a feminine look, when teamed with a cute dress or skirt for the party season ahead.  They really do look great on my little fashionista and she highly recommends them as an autumn/winter must have!
