Our FREE delivery couriers are out delivering orders on Good Friday (18th), Saturday 19th and Easter Monday (21st). However, our Next Day and Nominated Day courier is unable to deliver orders on Good Friday and Easter Monday. Guaranteed Saturday Delivery is however available for just £5.99*. Happy Easter.

UK working days are Monday - Friday excluding public and bank holidays.
Next day orders placed after 5.30pm on a Friday or on a Saturday/Sunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
 
FREE DELIVERY

Our courier will deliver your parcel between the hours of 8am and 6pm. A signature may be required on receipt.

If you are not around to accept your parcel, the courier may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place (i.e. hidden from sight and protected from the rain) if they think it is safe to do so. A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done.

If the parcel can’t be left in a safe place or with a neighbour , the courier will take it back to a local depot and leave you a card telling you how to re-arrange delivery.

NOMINATED DAY / SATURDAY DELIVERY

On the morning of your delivery, you will be notified by text or email of your 1 hour delivery slot between the hours of 8am and 6pm.

If for any reason this is not convenient, you can use the text and/or email received to change the delivery date.

A calling card will be posted if you are out during the delivery time. You will be able to rearrange another delivery time at no extra cost.

Please note that we are unable to offer some or all of these services to remote postcode areas and Northern Ireland.

CLICK AND COLLECT

Click and Collect is a delivery option available on our website.

This option allows customers to have an order delivered to any of our stores nationwide.

You may choose any of our delivery options.

You will also have the option of being notified by text message when the order is available for collection.

Details of the store address and opening times will be on the email.

Please note that you must collect your order within 30 calendar days starting from the day of delivery at the chosen delivery store. If you do not collect your order within 30 calendar days your order will be cancelled by us and a refund processed.

Any delivery charge paid at time of ordering will be deducted from your refund.

RETURNS POLICY

Return or Exchange of an Item

We make every effort to ensure that your order is carefully dispatched to you – and we hope that you are happy with your purchase.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original unworn condition within 90 days from the date of order.

Return to a store:

For an immediate refund or exchange, you can take the item in its original unworn condition to any of our stores. Please note you must have your delivery note with you.

Convenient returns with Collect+ for just £4.29:

Collect+ is a convenient way to return parcels at over 5,250 local stores. Most are open from early until late, 7 days a week. You will receive a returns receipt with an online tracking code, so that you can follow your parcel’s progress back to us.
1. Go to www.collectplus.co.uk/shoezone and follow the instructions to purchase a returns label and find a Collect+ store.
2. Securely attach the label to your parcel ensuring that the barcode is clearly visible and that any other delivery or returns labels have been covered or removed from the packaging.
3. Drop off your parcel at any local store offering the Collect+ service. You can find your local store at www.collectplus.co.uk
4. Keep your receipt to track your parcel at www.collectplus.co.uk/track.

Please note that you can only use Collect+ to return a “cabin baggage size parcels” that weigh no more than 10kg.

We will issue a refund on receipt of the item in its original unworn condition.

We are unable to process any exchange requests by post. If you require an exchange, please take your item to a store of your choice.

Faulty Unworn Items

If the item received is faulty on receipt, please contact Online Customer Services quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for the return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise how to proceed with the return.

Alternatively, you may return this item to a store.
