DELIVERY

 

Delivery charges are per order, no matter how many items you order.

 

United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland and Channel Islands) - £2.99

Northern Ireland / Channel Islands - £3.99

 

We will deliver to any address you choose – home, work, or to a friend. If the delivery is to your home then you can request that we leave your package in a safe place.

 

Deliveries are scheduled for Monday to Saturday from 8am to 6pm.

 

We will attempt to deliver your order within 2 to 5 working days from your order date.

 

RETURNS POLICY

 

Return or Exchange of an Item

 

We make every effort to ensure that your order is carefully dispatched to you – and we hope that you are happy with your purchase.

 

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original unworn condition within 28 days from the date of order.

 

Return to a store:

 

For an immediate refund, you can take the item in its original unworn condition to any Shoe Zone store.

 

You may alternatively exchange your item in store for another item of equal or greater value.  Please note you must have your delivery note with you.

Return by post:

 

We will issue a refund on receipt of the item in its original unworn condition.

 

Please note:

- the item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

- the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

- unless sent by Special Delivery the parcel may take up to 7 working days to reach us.

We are unable to process any exchange requests by post. If you require an exchange, please take your item to a store of your choice.

 

Faulty Unworn Items

 

If the item received is faulty on receipt, please contact Online Customer Services quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for the return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise how to proceed with the return.

 

Alternatively, you may return this item to a store.
