  • We offer you FREE Standard Delivery on Everything site wide. No minimum spend. Simply FREE!
  • Our courier will deliver your parcel between the hours of 8am and 8pm, Monday - Saturday. A signature may be required on receipt.
  • Full tracking of your parcel is available using the link provided in your Dispatch Notification email.
  • On the morning of delivery our courier will send you a text message (if you provided these details at time of order) confirming delivery that day.
  • If you are not in to accept your parcel, the courier may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place (i.e. hidden from sight and protected from the rain) if they think it is safe to do so. A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done.
  • If the parcel can’t be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, the courier will take it back to a local depot and leave a card telling you how to re-arrange delivery.
  • This service is subject to Post Code limitations. The following Post Codes will be delivered within 2 to 7 working days.   • Have your order delivered to any of our stores nationwide and you may choose any of our delivery options. **If your order is in stock at your chosen store you could even collect within an hour.
  • The checkout will automatically check stock at your local store and make you aware of the quickest collection times available.
  • You can also select other stores throughout the country.
  • You will have the option of being notified by text message when the order is available for collection.
  • Details of the store address and opening times will be in your Order Confirmation email.
  • Please note that you must collect your order within 30 calendar days starting from the day of delivery at the chosen store.

  • Your choice of Parcelshops will be displayed during the checkout process. When your order has arrived at your chosen ParcelShop, you will be notified by email or SMS.
  • After receiving notification, you can collect your order. Please ensure you bring photo ID which includes your address with you. Note that you have 10 days to collect your order once it has arrived in store.

You can return the item in its original resaleable condition within 12 months, free of charge to your local Shoe Zone store, where a refund or exchange can be authorised. Please note you must have your Dispatch Email or Store Receipt with you. For a full list of stores in your area please use our Store Locator



If you are not able to take the item to store, you’re more than welcome to post the item back to our Head Office, please see "Hermes Returns" and "Postal Returns" sections below.



Store Orders and Store Purchases

Any items purchased from one of our stores will need to be returned to store as the original payment was made in store.



Please do not send your order to our Head Office as we will be unable to refund or exchange your store purchase.

You can return parcels at either 1,300+ Lockers (open 24/7), 5,000+ Hermes Parcel Shops (most are open from early until late, 7 days a week) or arrange collection from your home. You will receive an email returns receipt and full tracking so you can follow your parcels progress back to us.

FREE returns if you paid with PayPal

If you paid for your order with PayPal you can claim back your cost of returning the item. Ensure you activate this on your PayPal account before starting the returns process. Visit PayPal to find out more information.

How do I return my Order via Hermes Parcel Shop or arrange home collection?

Please click here and follow the instructions to purchase a returns label and find a Hermes Parcel Shop or arrange a collection.

You can arrange a collection for any future date that's convenient to you. Then:



  • Securely attach the label to your parcel ensuring that the barcode is clearly visible and that any other delivery or returns labels have been covered or removed from the packaging.
  • Drop off your parcel at any local store offering the Hermes Parcel Shop Service.
  • We will issue a refund on receipt of the item in its original unworn condition and in its original packaging.


Exchanges and Store Purchases?

We are unable to process any exchange requests or refund store bought items by post. If you require an exchange, please take your item(s) to a store of your choice.

If you bought your items in one of our stores please return to any of our 400+ stores with your receipt for your refund or exchange.

  • If the item received is faulty on receipt, please contact Online Customer Services quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for the return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise how to proceed with the return.
