We cannot carry out International deliveries on Public/National Holidays in the destination country.
Your order may not be dispatched on a UK Bank Holiday.
Deliveries within the EU will not incur any import or export duties. However, other countries may be subject to customs, legal and regulatory restrictions. You are responsible and required to pay additional taxes, fees, levies or duties as applicable.

Rebound is a convenient way to return parcels at over 4,500 Hermes Parcel Shops. Most are open from early until late,
7 days a week. You will receive an email returns receipt and full tracking so you can follow your parcels progress back to us.

and follow the instructions to purchase a returns label and find a Hermes Parcel Shop or arrange a collection.
You can arrange a collection for any future date that's convenient to you.
- Securely attach the label to your parcel ensuring that the barcode is clearly
visible and that any other delivery or returns labels have been covered or removed
from the packaging.
- Drop off your parcel at any local store offering the Hermes Parcel Shop Service.
- We will issue a refund on receipt of the item in its original unworn condition and in its original packaging.

We are unable to process any exchange requests or refund store bought items by post.
If you require an exchange, please take your item(s) to a store of your choice.
If you bought your items in one of our stores please return to any of our 500 stores
with your receipt for your refund or exchange.
