*Our free returns option is to your local Shoe Zone Store. Stores in Scotland and Northern Ireland are temporarily closed following government guidance.
You can return the item in its original resaleable condition within 12 months, free of charge to your local Shoe Zone store once they reopen, where a refund or exchange can be authorised. Please note you must have your Dispatch Email or Store Receipt with you. For a full list of stores in your area please use our Store Locator
If you are not able to take the item to store, you’re more than welcome to post the item back to our Head Office, please see "Rebound Returns" and "Postal Returns" sections below.
Store Orders and Store Purchases
Any items purchased from one of our stores will need to be returned to store as the original payment was made in store. We appreciate that the stores are temporarily closed following government guidance, therefore we have amended the return policy to allow you 12 months from when they reopen instead of the purchase date.
Please do not send your order to our Head Office as we will be unable to refund or exchange your store purchase.
Rebound is a convenient way to return parcels at over 4,500 Hermes Parcel Shops. Most are open from early until late, 7 days a week. You will receive an email returns receipt and full tracking so you can follow your parcels progress back to us.
If you paid for your order with PayPal you can claim back your cost of returning the item. Visit PayPal to find out more information.
Simply go to https://shoezone.intelligentreturns.net and follow the instructions to purchase a returns label and find a Hermes Parcel Shop or arrange a collection. You can arrange a collection for any future date that's convenient to you. Then:
We are unable to process any exchange requests or refund store bought items by post. If you require an exchange, please take your item(s) to a store of your choice. If you bought your items in one of our stores please return to any of our 500 stores with your receipt for your refund or exchange.
We make every effort to ensure that your order is carefully dispatched to you – and we hope that you are happy with your purchase.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original unworn condition within 12 months from the date of delivery.

We will issue a refund on receipt of the item in its original unworn condition.
