Shoe Zone: Shoe Shop at BARRY

was really happy to find what I want in shoe zone shop and the staff was friendly and helpful as well

I'm happy with the purchase that I have tried on in store. They are for work as they are comfortable with the width for my feet in men's shoes, thanks to the staff for putting them on shelves.

was looking at the trainers, because I needed a pair badly. good choices of the size and colours.

Very poor customer service, the cashier showed little interest in taking my money, I was given the amount due with no please, and at the end of the transaction I was handed my receipt without being spoken to, the whole experience has left me determined never to visit the store again.

It was a good shopping experience with many choices to choose from, however, I couldn't find many options in my foot size.

really good price for brown sandals and they will look good for tomorrow if the weather are happy. brilliant as they got my shoe size when they were available. Thanks very much!!!!!!

I waited ages at the till to be served as the two members of staff that were working, were drinking coffee/tea and chatting, i was in plain view to both members of staff as the one was looking straight at me but made no attempt to come out and serve me she just carried on with her conversation. Finally 1 of the shop assistants came down to the till area to serve me and made no apology for keeping me waiting the only words she spoke , were , would you like to buy a carrier bag. Shoezone i think you need to some secret shoppers in that store as this is not the first time i have been kept waiting at the till
