Shoe Zone Store at BEXLEYHEATH

I wasn't happy about the fact that out of 3 displays of sandals there was only one size 9 available. When I asked the lady at the counter if she could see if there were any in stock according to the system she said that there was no way of checking. She did say if I took a shoe to her she would see if there was the shoe in an9 for me. To be honest, I just asked for a refund and went elsewhere. When I went to your branch in Erith they were only too happy to check the stock and help me search the shop too.

There was a good range of stock.

Shopping was easy, including a refund on a pair of shoes that didn't fit.

I visited your Bexleyheath store and purchased a pair of sandals, when the young lady took the tag out I asked if it would leave a hole to be told not where it would show. I understand you have to tag items due to shop lifting but I thought that that remark was a bit strange and not very reassuring.Thank you
