Shoe Zone: Shoe Shop at CRAWLEY

I had to return an online order which was the wrong size shoe. I visited the Crawley store and spoke to a shop assistant called Chelsea. The shop assistant was very friendly and nice and nothing was too much trouble for her. Chelsea explained that they may not have two pairs in the colout and style that I originally brought. The whole process of getting the shoes changed was very easy, and I felt comfortable in the shop. I was very grateful that Chelsea took the time to talk to me and explain everything. Nothing was too much trouble at all. Will definitely shop here again.
