Highly recommended, Naz was really helpful anf lovely and helped me get the size of shoes i needed.

Didn't find a variety of stock to try on as my daughter's feet is still growing.

A depressed looking sales assistant at the till (Fatema), greasy hair. stains on her clothes, no eye contact, no greeting, no customer service whatsoever...I know that your shoes are very cheap but you might need to think about either giving some basic customer service to your staff or paying them a decent salary or reviewing their ability to do this job...I was the only one thanking her and saying goodbye, this is not good enough
