Shoe Zone: Shoe Shop at LEWISHAM

Both ladies working at the till were very helpful and friendly.bith knew and used the words " please " and "thank you "which is not often heard in shops now.ii I have purchased from your stores before but have never filled in a questionnaire like this but felt your staff at the lewisham branch deserved a mention

I like Shoe Zone, it´s cheap and had lots of shoe variety.

The exact style I have bought for several years was not available but an almost-identical one was, that I bought.. I like this style because it is comfortable. The shop in the Riverdale Centre in Lewisham is not very large and seems crowded with shoe racks but this gives plenty of choice. I could find only one bench to sit for trying shoes on, perhaps room could be found for one or two more. I only needed to interact with the staff to pay for the shoes, they were polite and efficient. My impression is cheap-and-cheerful rather than mid- or up-market but, at my age, comfort is my priority.

Not a great selection but good value
