Shoe Zone: Shoe Shop at MARTLESHAM BB

Needed some shoes for work which are really smart! Thank you Shoe Zone.

Very lovely and friendly staff and very helpful for helping me find the perfect shoes for my new job!! I spent ages looking and when i asked it was an instant they knew exactly what i needed and was looking for!! Very good!! Would Recommend:)

Easy to find what I wanted. Nice selection of kids footwear. Clean store and happy and helpful staff.

We waited till the day before school started as it had been so busy in the shop as went M & S shopping without my daughter. It was a lovely surprise as my daughter didn't just fine her shoes she wanted she also found a pair of boots. Staff were so helpful. I think it was a brilliant idea to put a shoezone up at Martlesham

My first time in this shoe shop. The presentation of the shop was very well done. I know that it is a new shop but everything was very neat and tidy. The staff on that morning were very polite and helpful.

The store was very clean and well presented and there were plenty of staff on the shop floor and at the till. The till staff were very friendly which made me feel at ease and I throughly enjoyed shopping at shoezone

Just wanted to say what a total star Tina was today. She was great with both my young daughters helping find school shoes and trainers for both. So patient and efficient with great product knowledge. I never dreamed it would be such an easy experience. Many thanks. My only negative was that there wasn't a great selection of leather shoes in an infant 8 for school. Also more patent shoes would be good too.

As I entered the store albeit being miles away, I was greeted with a chorus of "good morning". I was so surprised. Never in Ipswich had I ever experienced this. I have often spoken about the lack of recognition given by shop employees to customers. On the continent every shop you are greeted and on departure you are given a Thankyou or equivalent to have a nice day. This is whether you purchase or not. I selected my slippers and proceeded to the till. I did speak to the staff gathered there and said how nice it was to be greeted. It makes you feel very comfortable giving the impression, although not said, that you could ask freely for help if required. Often staff cannot be found in other shops and if you see them they are busy chatting with each other. I have been known to stand and wait until they finish chatting before asking for help!! Sometimes I have just walked away. The staff I met were Tina and Haley and anther staff member whose name I did not catch. I will certainly be revisiting this store again and have already retold my excellent visit to many people I have met. I own a business and meet several people each day. Thankyou shoe zone for making my shopping a memorable experience and all for £4.99, DF.

Very disappointed with the attitude of the member of staff who served me. He didn't seem too impressed that I'd chosen that moment to go to the till, obviously didn't want to ask me if I wanted a carrier bag and only spoke to ask me if I did, how much them item was and then barked at me because I couldn't see the card reader. Very disappointed especially as it's a new store!

I was served by gentleman member of your staff who was knowledgeable, helpfull and very pleasant. He was also training staff at the same time. A very definit asset to your business.We have since purchsased two more pairs of shoes for my wife.

My size was not in stock but having been to the stockroom to check, it was suggested that they were ordered and delivered home at no extra cost and at the opening sale price. This was extremely good service and as a couple of my favourite brands are being stocked, I shall be a regular customer. We need a shoe shop like this in the area and although the premises are large it did not feel at all impersonal thanks to the involvement of the staff.

I have just visited your brand new martlesham suffolk store, it had only been open 20 minutes . After picking a pair of sandals and my husband choosing slippers I noticed an offer on ladies slippers, but only found one pair in my size, as the offer was buy one pair for £6.99 get two pairs for £10, I thought this was a great offer ! I asked an assistant if there were any more in my size so she went and had a look , but came back and said sorry there was not . I find it difficult to understand how a brand new store just opened for 20 minutes only had one pairof slippers in a size 8, I must say I was very dissapointed.
