Shoe Zone: Shoe Shop at OLDHAM

Was in store looking for some work shoes and struggled to find the correct size with no one around to ask for help did choose some unfortunately they were returned the next day due to the width of the toe area not being big enough however was not happy with the staff upon returning as having only wore them for 30 minutes for testing they refused to let me return them or exchange them which I had no trouble with however the sales assistants attitude towards my enquiry was very rude and due to this I left shop with no intention of returning very disappointed

On this occasion I returned some boots as I had obtained the wrong size. The assistant was very helpful in locating my size as there was not any out on the shop floor in my size. I would certainly shop here again and recommend to others.

Very helpful members of staff, very welcoming, easy to find what I was looking. Will visit your store again
