Shoe Zone Store at PLYMOUTH

Completely unhelpful staff. poor customer service and lack of professionalism at the plymouth store. It asks not to put anything inflammatory but then on receipt asks to comment on the experience of shopping at shoe zone?!? The only redeeming feature was the lady on the customer service line who at least tried to help me

The till experience was very rushed with me being served before the customer in front of me was even finished and then the same with the customer who was behind me.

The size I needed wasn't on the shelf but on asking a member of staff they got on to their stock room to bring the right size down for me.

Please stop moving everything about so much! I buy the same shoes, about once every three months or so for work - and I have to ask someone where they are, as they have been moved about so often.

I at first couldn't find what I was looking for, even though I have bought the same or similar items in the past - and eventually found it after some time, please stop moving things about so much in the store! There was available all sizes but my own, the two girls who were serving on the till were both busy so I asked another who was shelf stacking. She looked on the computer first, then went to the stock room for me to get what I wanted in the right size. And even though she was shelf stacking when I first approached her to help me out, she still carried on and completed the sale for me at the till. Not many shops have done this, as they would normally then pass me on to someone else - and so thank you for restoring my faith in humanity!

I couldn't find what I needed at first, as it wasn't in the usual place that is has been the last times I have had to buy the shoes! But luckily the staff were extremely helpful, and knew what I was looking for in there as they remembered me from before. They pointed me in the right direction, and also to an item that I needed that I had not purchased in there before. Very good atmosphere in there, and included all the customers in Christmas banter.

I found exactly what I was looking for as I had bought a similar product before. I was served promptly and with respect and I shall be returning to the shop again.
