Dear Shoezone, On October 02, 2017 at 14:19:58, I purchased a pair of your Ladies Chesnut Boot Style Number: 18601060 priced at £12:99. Yesterday I nearly had a very nasty accident because the sole of the boot came away. I appreciate footwear does not last forever, but I had only been wearing them since October 2017. Excellent shopping experience

Nice staff, decent store, shame about the terrible company aftercare and poor product, 16 days and my shoes are unwearable as they are uncomfortable due to the right (rather firm) insole bunching unavoidably in the centre (despite being poorly glued down) I returned them to the Swansea store with my receipt and was simply advised "they don't cover insoles" and whereas this is not an unreasonable policy a set of shoes being unable to be worn after such a short period of time makes them in my opinion unfit for purpose. This is in no way a poor review of the individual staff but more simply another instance what head office make a decision that leaves customers frustrated and angry due to rigidity of rules that fail to take individual instances into account.
