Shoe Zone: Shoe Shop at REDDITCH

Ok

I will not be shopping at shoe zone again having got what I wanted to purchase and went to the till to pay.I told the young man I wanted to pay for the item he said OK he then picked up a a gun and tickets and started to price items on the counter ! I told him I wanted to pay paid for the item he them walked away the manager came over and said ah your returning these then. I informed her I had purchased them she passed then to me with the receipt I asked for a bag to put them in and was told I couldn't have a bag they didn't have any! The young lad appeared back at the till with another item the same as I had bought he thought there was a problem with my purchase and had gone to look for another pair. Communication is obviously a problem at this branch.I wont be going again
