The store staff were extremely helpful, the sizes I was looking for were not on display so the assistant brought me a choice to select from as I wasn't sure which size would be best for my young granddaughter who wasn't with me. The staff were also very cheerful and friendly which brightened up a miserable, wet day.

We purchased 4 pairs of shoes today, when my wife could not find her size in one particular style we asked the sales girl if there were any in stock, she looked on her computer and said a delivery had just come in, she then radioed to the stockroom and within a few minutes the said shoes were brought to us. Excellent service all round, will definitely shop with you again, thank you.

You can't imagine how pleased I am. I buy your flat pumps and slippers but have just had a bunion operation and been told my foot will swell for 6-12 months and to buy the right shoes - whatever they were. I have found and bought today some velcro fastening sandals. Beautiful and lightweight and adjustable - in black. Style 19783070. Soft fabric which isn't hurting my scars. Thank you so much. A bargain at £14.99. They look smart too. It has really cheered me up and I will be getting the other colour too.
