Shoe Zone: Shoe Shop at YARMOUTH

Store was clean and tidy also well presented good range in products and good value of the prices.

The staff were helpful but this is the second time I have not been able to take up the offers as they never have two pairs in my size they did try to see if they could get another pair but again no luck. Did ask if they would reduce the price as they didn't have two pairs but answer was no

Could you not have a little more room somewhere for customers to try on shoes. The seats currently are positioned in the way of other customers and in use block the walkway if used. Being disabled makes it difficult to try on anything and i normally dont bother.

When myself and my partner went into store, i was after a refund because the pair of shoes that i brought where not even a month old and they was falling apart. The member of staff asked if i wanted another pair, i replied NO because i am fed up with the poor quality. the reply i received was "what do you expect when they are cheap shoes"

I get all of my shoes and sandals from the store,because they are comfortable,cheap and last well,being a pensioner this very important. What has happened to the canvas shoes with two criss-cross patterns on front?, I can't get them anywhere,I used to get them in navy and a natural colour, but I'm still happy with the ones I have.
