Shoe Zone: Shoe Shop at BRADFORD ASDA

Both assistants very helpful and polite

Firstly your store is within Asda store I took 2 pairs of shoes in my trolley out of your store and proceeded to shop in Asda tried to pay along with my Asda shopping was advised then that Shoezone is not part of Asda and would need to pay at their shop - upon advising your 2 staff what had happened they weren't in the least interested and said they weren't aware of this situation happening ever ! The Asda cashier said so many people do the same as I and just put the shoes in their shopping bags without paying !!! The Shoezone staff were abrupt and in my opinion not very pleasant. I wasn't offered the £5 voucher off next purchase to join the email club and I spent £17.99 and my mother £16.99 - not a pleasant experience

I was not in Bradford I was in Doncaster high street and sue and Barbara gave excellent customer service all the help I needed was very noligable about the stock you had and was most polite and welcoming I would recommend this store to any one because if the excellent customer service I would recommend that they should receive a gesture of good will from your company for the advice they gave to all your customers while I was in your store

The staff were happy to help , they showed us how to use the size guide and foot measure to make sure I got the correct size for my nephew.
