Shoe Zone: Shoe Shop at DUDLEY

I went to this store for slippers and trainers. The store was very clean and tidy. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The store is well located and the goods are well displayed. There is an abundance of choice and yet the shop does not seem cluttered. I was served by an excellent young man who was really knowledgeable and, despite having a cold which must have made him feel below par, went to a lot of trouble to assist me.

I walked into the store and straight to the pair of shoes I wanted... brilliant! However when I get to the till the girl didn't even say hello etc it was just 'do you want a bag?' In which I said no thanks and she asked again which I was not happy about because I felt ignored. I didn't even get a thank you and a good bye!!!

Everything well laid out. NIKKI, the assistant was friendly and helpful. Ten out of ten.. Did you know that where I live in Sedgley(between Dudley and Wolverhampton) there is only one shoe shop and it does not cater for men. Perhaps they think all Sedgley men go barefoot. Bearing this in mind have you thought of leafleting the Sedgley/Gornal/Coseley area to steal a march on your competitors. I will deliver them for £38 per thousand. As an ex Royal Mail postman I believe I can realistically promise to deliver up to 3000 leaflets per week as and when required. Regards, Bob Montrose.

As the item was not available at a few of your shops that I had tried, I ended at the Dudley shop ,one of your staff check to see if they had got the item I required, but no luck,(again not in the shop) and said she would order it to be delivered to my home, NONE of the other shops that I had been to had offered this service. i came in to the store to return a pair of shoes i had brought five days before that had split i expected the supervisor to be polite and say sorry he never said sorry once his attitude was ok well choose another pair then he didnt seem like he cared never even looked as if he cared looked annoyed he got called to till i work as a manager in retail and not one of my staff would have that attitude the customers are important and we would not have jobs if it was not for them i really cant belive a big chain like shoe zone allows this attitude im really shocked at how there was no customer service at all in this shop think they could do with some training in customer services i have only just moved to this area from oxford and oxford staff are always friendly and willing to help perhaps they could teach tje dudley staff some manners

i found exactly what i was looking for in a very clean and tidy shop, the assistant who served me was very efficient, she checked the shoes for sizing and she noticed i had picked one shoe the wrong size this is the 1st time i had been in this shop but i will recommend it to others and shop there again myself

it was ok not much choice in boys foot wear its mostly girls
