Shoe Zone: Shoe Shop at SHEFFIELD

Looking for wellies for my sons school trip, I found some and asked the assistant who was stood talking to another assistant where to pay for them, she pointed and said "down there". I found the till and then asked the assistant if she would serve me. She came to the till and sighed telling me I had 2 different wellingtons so I went and got the ones I wanted, she never once offered to go and get them. I returned to the till to pay, no eye contact, no acknowledgemention,nothing. I asked if they didn't fit could I swap them and was told yes if you have a receipt. I paid for them was asked if I wanted a bag ( still no eye contact). She then walked off to go join her colleague to carry on where she left off. No thankyou or anything even though I did say thankyou.

Elaine was extremely helpful, friendly and polite. Me and my boyfriend had come to Sheffield for a break away and Elaine was extremely helpful. Also went back the next day as the purse I bought was not suitable and the cashier was helpful, polite and very quick to sort the problem.
