My daughter is nearly 7 and wanted a boot with a heel for going out with friends, dress up days at school and to parties, these are perfect for that and the heel is just right for her.

When choosing 2 new pairs of boots for my 8 year old granddaughter, the customer service in St James Dover store was exemplary. We needed a size 12 which wasn't in stock in Dover but the assistant searched local branches and found the last size 12 in Folkestone. We popped to Folkestone and the boots were there saved for us. My granddaughter and l can't fault the service and she loves her 2 new pairs of boots! Thank you so much for all your help.

Visited store my daughters fell in love with these boots but they did not have sizes in store so ordered online and was delivered for pickup in store within days - great fit & excellent service!
