The girl who served me (I've forgotten her name ) was very helpful and explained about the e-receipt . She also told me about joining and getting e-mails about any special offers ,etc

I would like to comment on your sales assistant at this branch she was not very pleasant and when she finally stopped talking to a colleague I was then served? I say served but the manner in which she tore off the tag from the slippers was unacceptable. I did say to her that pulling it apart may cause a hole in the item but she was not concerned in fact she looked angry that I had pointed this out to her.

We were greeted when we went into store. My son quickly picked paw patrol trainers and luckily his size 10 were first on the shelf. He then seen minion slippers and wanted them too but i was unsure what a 10 would be in other sizes. I asked the girl and she quickly responded and guess what his size was first on the shelf lol. So he was happy. We had been shopping for trainers in several stores and this was the last shop we entered. It was so quick and easy and the staff were so friendly and helpful. And i saved money as the prices were so much reasonable than other stores. I saved money. My son got his paw patrol trainers and it was quick helpful friendly staff. One happy mummy and one happy son. Thank you.
