Shoe Zone: Shoe Shop at DUMFRIES

I was unsatisfied with my experience. I was buying plimsoll's for my daughter. They were marked down in price and i thought great, ill get her two pairs. I then went to the till when they went through at full price I explained to the checkout lady that they were marked down in price on the display. I was met with the response "Oh that shouldn't be there, it needs to be taken down, ill take them off your purchase if you want". I explained to the lady that I needed them for my daughter but they should be sold at the price stated. I was again told that they could be taken off my purchase as the price stated was a mistake. I am very unsatisfied with this service. I bought these items at full price which was more than the price stated on the product and the customer service was unsatisfactory. There was not a massive saving but it is the principle of the situation more than anything. Thank you.
