THE SIZING ON THE LADIES WHITE FLOWER LACE PLIMSOLLS IS VERY WRONG - I NORMALLY TAKE A 6 OR 7 BUT EVEN THE SIZE 8 WERE TOO TIGHT AND I ENDED UP WITH SIZE 9 !!!!!!!!!!!! I WOULD HAVE PREFERRED THE DARKER COLOUR BUT SIZE 9 WAS NOT AVAILABLE.

My visit went down hill whilst waiting in the queue as the cashier did not know how to put through a gift card for a customer in front of me and this took some time before she gave up and sent the customer away and asked her to come back another day to purchase her bag. I then tried to purchase a pair of sandals for my daughter. As my daughter had asked if she could wear her shoes, I handed the cashier the label and explained that my daughter was wearing the shoes. The cashier responded very bluntly that she would have to remove the shoes as she can't wear them out of the shop as I may not pay for them and that she has to check that they are the correct size. This I did not understand as it was obvious that they were the correct size as she was wearing them and as I was paying for them, why could she not wear them. I took the shoes off my daughter, paid for them, walked my daughter bare footed to the front of the store and put the sandals back on her. I found this all very unnecessary and very rude to imply that I would not purchase them even though I had been waiting in a queue.
