Shoe Zone: Shoe Shop at GRANTHAM

Found trainers for my son very easily and I always buy my work shoes from shoe zone. Jenny was friendly and helpful.

Store tidy and team friendly

I have been using Shoe Zone for years and I must say how amazing it is. The products are stylish, long lasting and the prices are a bargain. Not only do I buy shoes for causual/formal attire but also shoes for my work place. The amount of running around I do at work, these shoes last and after a long shift my feet are not a blistering mess! Not only are the products brilliant but also the shop. The staff are extremely friendly, always helpful with a smile and the shop is always so organised. I have to stop myself from coming in every time I walk past from buying shoes everyday!

Your staff at the Grantham store were very friendly and helpful, i wasn't 100% sure on what I was looking for and were very good at pointing me in the right direction. They had also shown me what was available for me to order in if they didn't have that particular shoe or size in.

The staff were very attentive, as I could not find the type of shoe I was looking for. Their helpfulness was excellent. I would definitely recommend my friends to come to this shop. It is lovely to be looked after with respect and care, which counts for a lot. Good to know old fashioned values are carried out in this shop. Nothing too much trouble. Regards

Was served by a lovely young man called Mickey . He was extremely helpful and had super customer service skills . Not only did he go that extra mile bringing a range of products to me but he did it all with a smile . I have shopped at Shoe Zone for many years now and I don't normally leave any feedback from any products that I buy,but I am so pleased with the staff at your shop in Grantham. They are all so very helpful and they are so pleasant. I was served by,I think, the manager today and she could not have done any more for me.I took my time choosing the shoes I wanted and she was really helpful. I have been served by some of the other staff members before and they are also most helpful too, it is a pleasure to shop at Shoe Zone in Grantham and I always find what I am looking for there. Please pass this comment on to your manager. She deserves some praise for the way she makes you feel you are special and that nothing is too much, thank you very much. I know I will be back soon whenever I need a new pair of shoes.

I'm a regular customer in the Grantham store. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. They are always on hand for whenever you need any help. The store is always clean and tidy which makes your shopping so much easier

Staff were very helpful and friendly spoke to a blonde lady for a good 20 minutes she was very helpful and brought many shoes out for me to try

Martina is a credit and fantastic caring individual who could not help me enough. Thankyou for helping choose shoes for my daughters. Best shoe shop in town, she even went that bit deeper for my needs.I'm not too good with my hands but I could tell she was the way she slipped the shoe on and pulled the tongue out for me. Great lace action and fantastic polishing movement. Didn't find it a problem bending down for me either

I was served by martina and found her friendly nature and attitude a pleasant change to other retail shops i have been in. She went out of her way to help and ensured i i was looked after. I went into Shoezone today looking for some new work shoes as I work for the NHS, and found the perfect pair, I was served by Martina, who was very helpful, professional and friendly. The store was clean, bright and welcoming, I was very pleased with the customer service.
