Shoe Zone: Shoe Shop at HEMEL HEMPSTEAD

My grandson was a bit fussy but the assistant didn't rush us at all .thank you .

A scary & very rude "customer" came into the store (in Hemel Hempstead), was verbally abusive to your fab staff & was clearly planning to steal some shoes. The lady serving me said she couldn't go to the store room to get the boots in my size for security reasons but, like her colleague, she looked quite calm. I decided to wait to see what happened which clearly annoyed the potential thief and she & her young son ran out of the store & peace was restored. I was so distracted by all that was happening that when I paid for the boots I completely forgot to buy the slippers I had placed on the counter. I just wanted to let you know how professional and amazing your staff were during a very frightening experience. Well done Shoezone ladies.
