Shoe Zone: Shoe Shop at KETTERING

Right I didn't actually want to buy anything in store because Kettering doesn't stock them any more, but I was wearing a pair off the shoes that I wanted and I knew I could order them on line, as soon as both off the staff that were there seen my shoes they both said the code together, and I said wow that is amazing remembering that :), the lad on the tills ordered me the shoes and will be able to collect them from store, they are the most computers shoes I have had for a long long time, so thank you very very much to all of the staff that were working in Kettering Northamptonshire today 16/6/16 please assure this is passed on, I work in retail and when someone gives us a good review it is nice to hear, so thanks again to all for your from my tired feet :)

When I walked in, 1 lad was behind the counter (KR) one was sat on the floor in front of him , telling him enthusiastically about a game while playing with a piece of paper. 1st impressions were NOT good. Came into store specifically for a pair of jelly shoes, slippers and a foot measurement. Slippers were right at the back, which i found a little odd, with it being winter and all then to find a mirror.. 1 mirror which was partially obscured by the slippers and a stand so close to it that there was no way i could see my feet standing so close to that mirror. Things were getting better... ho hum. Next on the list, foot measurement. I asked the lad sat on the floor if it was possible to get my feet measured? "Nah, only kids feet, not adults. We don't do them". Right..last Jellies. I deliberately put off going to another retailer for these, because i proffered the style in this shop more the previous week. No, no sign of them. I asked "KR" what happened to them. "All out the back now cause they are gonna be sent back". Told him thats what i mainly came in for. He said "got loads of black ones" (well ofc loads of black, no one wants burnt feet in summer) Told him i was specifically after glitter ones. The other lad jumps up and says he'll look out the back, "what size?" 7 i guess, but im unsure. He comes back with the last pair, they are tight. Sad face on me. "ah well, was worth a try" . Just as i gave up hope and a downer of a day.. "Thanks for trying. Just the slippers then" "KR" then says, we have an 8 in the black, if they fit we can order the glitter ones for you. look at the screen so i know for sure which design you want" AMAZED. FOund the ones... "Yup we have the black ones out back in an 8. give them a try for size". Other lad runs off, back with 8's which fit. "Yes... that's great. Thing is i cant get back in store for a fortnight. How much do they cost to order?" "Nah, nothing. Can get 'em delivered to your home if you like." Cant afford that, i'll grab them here "It's free delivery" ...you sure? (KR giggles "Yeah i'm sure, free to your Home address by Hermes". SOLD. So from going into store and being a little disappointed, to coming out SO so pleased. Was told about Tuesday for delivery and I got them on the Friday before. SO so so so pleased. THANK YOU SHOEZONE!
