Shoe Zone: Shoe Shop at PARKHEAD

Staff member not at all pleasant, didn't smile or say please or thank you. When it was my turn to be served she merely shouted "right". Had i not been shopping for someone else I would have left my purchases and walked out. I work in retail myself and understand that it's not the easiest job in the world but is it too much to expect common courtesy

Staff were attentive and helpful, went looking in stockroom for other styles that would suit as well.
