Shoe Zone: Shoe Shop at ROCHDALE

i was very dissapointed in the returns policy that the store assistant gave me i bought a pair of shoes and after a couple of days the went to big so i took them back to exchange them and the assistant refused to change them so i am very unhappy woith the service i received and hav lost my money after a couple of days wear so i wood be gratefull if you could offer me some soryt of replacement or exchange as i domnt think she was right in what she said so will await your reply thankyou

The aisles are narrow in some places making it difficult to walk aound some areas with a pushchair. Overall the stores looks cluttered due to lack of space between shoe racks. There were alot of shoes fallen on the floor, again making it difficult to walk around with a pushchair.
