Absolutely disgusting customer service I asked the young girl and she was quite helpful to start with then we got to the till and she stopped focusing on me some bloke turned up a member of staff looked a bit scruffy they started chatting After about 45 seconds I just said scuse me I'm trying to get Served here and the response I got from the scruffy Bloke was okay chill not very good customer service All me the customer wanted was to buy a pair of shoes if I had not of neenot ded the shoes there and thenI would've. Just walked out APPALLED doesn't even start my opinion of your customer service

On Monday I bought a pair of Rigger work boots from the store. On Tuesday, I wore them for about five minutes before I had to take them off because my socks had come down. I had hardly worn them but the boots made my socks fall down making it difficult to walk and unsafe as I could not get the boot off by myself. Today (Wednesday) I went back to the store to exchange them for a pair of lace up work boots, only to be told I could not because I had worn them and they had some dirt on them. Is that a way to treat a customer? The boots are not fit for purpose. They are not safe if I can not take them off in a hurry due to them making my socks fall down inside them. I was not wanting a refund, I was wanting to exchange them for a pair of lace up boots as socks do not slip down in lace up boots. All in all, I am very disappointed as it took me nearly an hour to get to the store and over an hour to get home, an afternoon wasted going to your store for no help at all.

Yes excellent, asked for product in Smithers size n it was down before I took off the boot I was trying.

The choice in your canvas shoes for men is always the same black blue or beige. very limited should be more choice but that's just me
