When I visited the store in the past the staff have always helped me if the shoes out are not in my size. I have size 9 feet and find your store brilliant. On this occasion I clicked and collected. I have used this service a few times now and have been totally satisfied each time I have used it.

Very helpful assistant, wanted school shoes and she pointed out that the pair selected could be taken as trainers which would not be allowed. Help to select a better pair

On approaching the counter to pay I gave the cashier my one for all card she then said" Oh I hate when people give me these" She then swiped the card a couple of times sighing on each attempt. " Then turned and complained to another member of staff " I hate these you have to put all the numbers in!!!". Another member of staff then approached the till and inputed the numbers for her!!!!!!!!. I found this to be very poor customer service - even if using the card is a chore she surely should not complain and sigh in front of the customer. It made me feel really uncomfortable and will not be using the store in future. I feel that she should have some customer service training before you lose more customers.

Lovely chatty staff. Excellent quality of goods. Will be coming back for the groomsmens shoes.
