Shoe Zone: Shoe Shop at UPTON PARK

I would like to Very much compliment your colleagues at the Upton Park, London Store. I always get my Formal shoes for work there. However my current Pair were a bit worn. Ms. Piara and the Store manager not sure of her name but she was Afro-Caribbean were very helpful and gave me excellent advice on which shoes to purchase without being too pushy. As I go after work it was too late for me to purchase. However in anticipation your colleagues had my items all ready the following day. Also Piara was very conscious regarding Social distancing. I wanted a particular style of shoe, previously bought a year ago and unable to find it at my local store in Scotland (Elgin). Pat gave exceptional services by sourcing 2 pairs and having them delivered to a branch in Inverness for me to collect. I am in London on holiday and only have airplane cabin luggage. Therefore unable to pack two pairs of boots into a suitcase. Excellent service from "P" at the Green Street branch in Upton Park.
