Very unhappy with the service I received or didn't receive, the cashier didn't make eye contact with me , didn't say hello or anything , she was chatting to a friend about something personal . The only thing she said was 12.99 she didn't ask if I wanted a bag or anything no thank you not 1 bit of service . I've worked in retail 10yrs and if if have given my customer that treatment I'd be getting a diciolinery , I like to shop at shoe zone but this experience almost made me leave the store without my purchase and has left me questioning shopping there again , thank you Zoe Jones

I bought shoes from one of your stores in Sheffield town center. I did not wear them and decided to return them the next morning in line with your returns policy. Stacy, the store manager, told me I had left the store wearing the shoes while proceeding with the returns procedures. I was astounded by her audaciously wrong claim and told her to check CCTV camera records. Never the less she was defiant and changed her claim to that she had removed a piece of cotton wedged among the sole lines. I was dismayed at her demeanour. It is easy to tell whether a shoe has been worn to anyone, let alone to the experienced eyes of a shoe store manager. I told her she should be ashamed of herself. She said to her colleagues, “Why is he kicking off..........he is getting his money back.” I found her comments to be an insult to my dignity. For me, this is not just about getting a refund. I expect to be treated properly first as a human being and second as a customer. Does your company accept a customer could be insulted and scolded as long as he/she gets a refund? When she told me to leave, I told her I want to make a complaint. She indicated to the receipt in my hand and said, “It is there, can't you read English.” This is absolutely rude of her. It is a shame that you run your stores with rude and unscrupulous individuals like Stacy. I cannot understand the reasons behind her rude attitude. Does it have to do with reaching her sales targets or hatred of foreigners? I came to your store to spend my money and look for a product I like. I am very angry at the way I was treated. Your customer service is very crude. I will never ever shop at your stores!!!!
